I suggest waiting until 72 hours have passed before doing anything.

If we had someone working 24/7 monitoring the inbox we would approve much quicker I'm sure, but it basically comes down to DM's check at certain times of day. Look over them, approve/deny what's there, then they close the web browser. Until the next guy comes in and checks. Weekends are the worst time to be approved though, just being real
