Tells and RP

Just recently I've found that a lot of characters are using tells to communicate in-character. Please note that this is not an appropriate way to facilitate any in-character communications, as it gives an unfair advantage against anyone sneaking and/or spying on you in-game amongst other things. In the event that you are writing someone a letter please try to find and use another form such as whispers to relay the contents of the note.

Sorry to be such a drag, but we can't allow some characters to have inherent advantages over others.

And if this is a problem we can supress excessive tells that are not denotated OOC automatically ... Only psionics should be able to send messages, or alternatively use the sending spell.
