The staff works hard to develop something they envision to be fun. If that doesn't match to you, it's quite alright. We understand our vision isn't for everyone.

That being said, your goodbye critiques and in-depth evaulations of the staff's psyche are unwelcome. Constructive criticism is perfectly fine, but not when it's laced with emotion, pity, or attacks.

One point I want to clarify:

The staff will never, ever doll out IC consequences for OOC behavior. I heard recently that some people believe we are docking them their max level cap due to their "voices on the forum."

This is just false. We've clearly documented that there was an issue with the server clock that caused many characters to lose playing time. We even started a thread where you can have this corrected if it affected you!

This is the kind of drama that needs to go. Why did these players assume they lost play time as punishment? I don't know. But we don't want to deal with attitudes like that.

As always, people are held accountable for what they say and how they say it on these forums. I really hate making an environment that sounds like 1984--we don't want that! But more importantly, we don't want players who continue bringing drama into our lives.
