Time Played / Level Cap Issue

Today a freakish series of events occurred. A router at the datacentre where Sundren's Database server is experience a module failure and it reported the incorrect time from the time server, this caused the time to go 12 hours ahead. Meanwhile, people are playing on Sundren and saving their characters. This issue was then resolved at the datacentre, moving the time forward by 12 hours again to the correct time... meanwhile, people playing while this occurred then had their time changed once again, this time with a negative value.

This, in the end caused your cap and time to mess up, as our database calculates this system's math. If your time played messed up really badly, please just post in this thread, and we will include you in our manual fix of this issue for your character.

Akeldama lost 13 hours off cap today, having just been sitting on the final hour to increase.

Who I have been on and off with all evening.

I haven't logged on with any other characters since yesterday. I think they are all ok.

They are both lowish levels and so the loss of 13, or 12 if you say, hours really screws them up.

I'd be much obliged if these two could be sorted out.

According to my new char time played, it's been 68 years... yes, 24885 or something odd days.... Needless to say, his cap is currently at 20 (( Perin Perigoson))

I mean, I play a lot... but PLEASE! Let's not exaggerate that much!!!

This is my theory. Since I had less than 13 hours... it "wrapped me" to 24885 days ish (2 pow 12 hours... ish hours )... so in 12 to 13 hours, I might revert back to level 5 cap? or will it keep going up since the integer/float has hit it's max? Guess we'll see, unless it's fixed...

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I noticed it only effected the character I most recently used. In my case it reverted from almost to level 7 cap, back to level 5. :S

time to don the roleplaying hat, and hit the streets.

got level 13 and the cap got back to 12 when it should be 13 :P

EDIT: Andy also died yesterday, so she got a delevel and got back to level 12 again.

Yu Qing was affected by this as well. Should we put the affected characters on ice until the fix is applied?

Both Neffiel Brom and Logan the Foul' lost 12 hours.

my character was past the lvl5 cap but now back to max lvl5.
but he is at lvl 5 and still getting hunting xp perhaps somthing elce went bad at the same time.
