  • Prestige Class Wiki

I finally got to the level where I became a duelist , so I updated the wiki page for the class skills. I doubt that there are that many people interested in becoming a Duelist, but it is always nice to know.

I would also like to ask everyone out there that the next time you level in a prestige if you could do the same. That way the info is out there and the Sundren team can make sure that all the skills are set like they should be.

    Thanks.

Nice Frylok & Fez, duelist is one of my favorite classes to be honest! I just dont use them cause they suck in PWs without having 20 levels of bard to start with.

My main on my last RP server was a halfling rogue/fighter/duelist/champion of arvoreen. Even with his 24AC (unarmoured) and 39 parry at level 10 he still got his arse handed to him. The clue is in the title, they should be one on one specialists only

Cant believe it took till now to amend the wiki, I thought the class sections were pretty much canon now :S

Ive posted it in bugs but does anyone know if Mystic Theurge is deliberately 1st level divine instead of the canon 2nd level in both?

Ill change it if its warrented :S

1st level is what it is, for a reason.

The original requirement effectively makes the class impossible to take for rangers and paladins, needing 8 levels in their classes. The change was opted for to make the class a little more open to different class combinations, such as a Mystran paladin/sorcerer.

I just updated the skills for Shadowdancer and Darkwood Stalker.

I have a few questions though. I am wondering why "Gather Information" is not a class skill for Shadowdancer?
Also, Shadowdancer has none of the Profession skills?

Gather Information isn't a SD class skill as per the 3.5 DMG rulebook.

Not all classes have received profession skills as class skills. The book also states that Shadowdancers are rather reclusive and rarely settle or mingle much, thus I reasoned they wouldn't be so likely dedicate time to studying routine work. Just like weaponmasters, whose profession is mastering their weapon of choice. Or a mage-killer who's too busy hunting down spellcasters all the time for a faith or whatever cause.

Ok. I do not have the 3.5 DMG rulebook. It makes more sense now that you have explained it.
