Can you enchant something by casting from a scroll?

And can Warlocks use their Imbue Item ability so long as they have the required feat?

I don't think Imbue works. Scrolls could work (not tested), but have a static caster level.

Can enchantments and enhancements be put on bows? Like +1 to hit and damage and 1d4 cold damage ect like it is in SOZ?

I believe they can... at least until GBX replaces the system
