I have played on other servers where it was possible to learn more languages.

One of the better systems was to enable languages as a skill that could be picked when levelling up. The skill was a cross class skill for everyone so you needed to expend 2 points to gain a single point in languages.

Each point you then gained allowed you to pick another language from the languages list.

For wizards and bards and such this skill was a good dump for points and many people would learn their characters all sorts of wonderful exotic languages that were of use for one plot or another.

It's not particularly a powergaming skill, it really is for roleplay purposes and I feel could contribute to the server tremendously.

One to consider if Kael has the time.

My charactor started with 16 int now has 18. Is there an easy way to add another language?

Ask a DM. They can give you additional languages

Yeah as long as you prove you've got the required intellect and have dedicated a large part of your time ((Roleplay section bios help)) Im sure the DMs can sort you out with the language you wish to learn as long as its not Shadow speech, or Thieves Cant, Druidic.. or anything you otherwise wouldn't be able to learn because of class or faction!

O.o....That would be a sweet yet UBER rping spell. Worthless for combat EPIC for gathering information.
