Miraku's Post also requires level 6+ to enter without help, which was the OP's concern.

But yes, Miraku's Post is definitely a safe spot for low level fishers.

Don't you get Mirakus' Post through Vani Thenner (I think) in the Trade Post?

No, Vani is the poison merchant I think (I should know *evil smile*).

Its that other hag with the poorly made junk you can look 'thru' who gives you the quest to see Guy and Guy the hat and shoe salesman
