  • Larger Forest of Eternal Night?

    Hey all,

So a couple of times already I have been killed. I noticed how much great RP can actually happen while dead..like no joke. Another PC and I were trying to dig our way out of the forest with invisible shovels, thinking of any possible way we could get out.

Would it be possible to expand the size of this area? It would make for something to do while dead, especially for those explorer types - and it adds more to the mystery I think.

I remember when I first arrived and decided to set of exploring only to find that I was trapped in a circular area succumbing to my claustrophobia. Maybe even put the creature at the far end of the area so people have to look for him, or randomize his position each time a DM logs on.

This is all just brainstorming really, and it does not do much to change this, it would just be a cool extra feature to have - especially those who have to wait a bit before they get to come back.

Ahh... but being dead is SUPPOSED to be boring...
Annaleen Wiltenholm-There's always something to smile about.
Chani Kalera- Intimidation is the new diplomacy. *looms*
Eleanor "Bloody Elle" Lark - Why is the rum always gone?
Yolanda Brown - If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. But unless life also gives you water and sugar, your lemonade is going to suck.
    Astrid Hammerhand - Och!

Yeah the Forest of Eternal Night was never meant to be that big. Technically you never remember anything that happened there regardless IC.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

lol, that was hilarious. Perceptively escaping -- Ha.

It's sad that all of you got to leave though, and I'm still waiting there.
