Recommendation to make the Tracking feat to work on hostile players. Having a bounty hunter with the Tracking feat, I was a little disappointed that he couldn't seem to track his targets. I RP'ed it first of course (i.e. I had to have seen the person first and/or studied him).
I don't know how deep in the code this is but I figured I'd make the suggestion. (I couldn't find any other similar post). Perhaps have it roll vs the target's Survival (to signify his ability to hide his/her tracks?). I'm trying to make the existence of bounties fun for everyone (i.e. making them actually mean something) hence my bounty hunter but it seems counter intuitive if he can't find anyone.
PS: Not recommending that he can see/hear a hidden character (or a druid in a form of a bird, etc) but the tracker knows that he/she is in the general area.
