Archmage would be a very nice class to have indeed but I suspect it's hard to produce since even Obsidian "refused" to provide it (they made the Scholar of Candlekeep instead) to MoTB.
I also suspect that this isn't the first time in this server that archmage has been brought up to be added in (it seems to pop up on almost every server eventually in one way or another).
Since it's not there, I believe there is a reason for it and which is why I didn't bring it up either, but if I'm wrong, I'm also supporting it to be added to the custom PrC's.

Problem is, they didn't want to do the array of modifications needed to create the real Archmage PrC. And because of that we can't even very well implement a lot of what the class does PROPERLY.
