Okay, just a thought on this as well.
Being as there are class and level restrictions, I would think it is time to put a cap on the Favored Souls. They are supposed to be like Divine Prodigies and such (yada yada), but there are a ton of them. I would think them to be a bit on the rare side? And as of right now as I have just checked the Statistics on the server (Now now, not when you read it now) there are 32. Just thought that was kind of high.
In which case, I think all 3 classs (Sorcerors, Favored Souls and Warlocks) should have restrictions to them. Not that any are really that much more of a prodigy then the other (do not really know since I do not really like any of the 3), but they all sort of gain their power as a natural ability, and again..that would lead to a lot of natural ability..
Just throwing my thoughts around.

So I know he shouldn't really be counted. Now concerning limiting them, I think what he means is that since the ability comes naturally, for instance the whole dragon blood thing for sorcerers and some bards, because of that they should be rare. I can understand sorcerers because dragons don't normally mate with humans and I don't think there's some dragon out there just popping out human babies left and right and sending them all to Sundren. On the other hand the classes who study to get the power, i.e. wizards etc. who cares how many of those there are because they actually could be anywhere, there's nothing inherently or naturally special about them.
