Another Suggestion..

Hey, i'm a player on Sundren from Sinagpore. I've played on many roleplaying PWs in Neverwinter Nights 1 and after playing on Sundren for a week i've some(or one) suggestion(s) :

- I think this is quite important to me.. and other players who play on pacific timings.. like Australia. The server usually does not have much traffic at times from 5pm to 12+pm (GMT +8).. Only the handful of players that i interact around with no DM presence. Don't know if theres any solutions.. since i realise that DM's are human and have their own lives. But it would be awesome if something could be done.. or some arrangement made so guys on this side of the globe get to enjoy a DM'd quest or activity once in a while.

- I'd like to say that the experience systen here is good, since after.. a week of playing i'm about level 4 on one character and 3 on another. Which means to say theres alot of rp and little experience.. (awesome, i hate it when levels are easy to get and everyone just powergames to hit their 'max' potential.)

-I've got nothing much to add on since i havent really fully experienced Sundren.. but so far my experience has been a positive one as some of the roleplayers here are top-notch and really adds flavor to the game.

There's a DM in the Australasia timezone currently - and that DM is me. I do my best to make appearances on the client as often as I can, even though it's been mostly to check if anyone needs DM help. Adding more DMs in this timezone would be inefficient considering the relatively small number of people on in the early hours of the morning [speaking from a U.S.-based time perspective]. Still, the staff does their utmost to get the best coverage around the clock.

The times you speak of are 5am here (US Central). I often see like 3 DMs on at this time. I think there is coverage, just prehaps not the week of Christmas. I've seen nearly 24h DM coverage almost every day.

I'd say it varies quite a lot, and doesn't seem to depend on the time... I guess that means that DM's have their own lives to worry about, contrary to popular opinion

It could be worse...you could have my uncanny ability to know most of the DMs, but not be on when they are. Then, once you actually have some time to start playing, an ice storm kills your power....then you have to move....then you have to wait for internet services.....

I've just got everything restored (then I have to spend two solid days at work), so I'm hoping my horrible luck is over. *knocks on wood*
