but still I would ask for considering xp for locks and traps and buliding more dungeons and other locations where rogues will use their skills more *dodges GBX's blow and hides in his plain sight*

I think there should be dungeons with areas that can only be accessible with a high level rogue around. Or have I said this already?

Basically, give, say, the door leading to lev 2 of the necropolis, a lock that requires DC 35 to open or something.
