X/eb still exists. X/magic isn't technically what you refer to in NWN. Magic damage exists and can be used as a DR type. For example, something can have 5/magic which means magic missiles does full damage but fire does -5.

Wight guards are using skeleton properties. They have no real EB reduction if I recall, they simply have slashing resistence. Use a blunt weapon and you'll do full damage to them. They also aren't summoned, they are a critter I made with higher AC (Hence the guard name) so melee has trouble finishing them quick, where melee has no problem with the necromancers.

I must say that's quite well-thought. ^_^ There are anti-Roger mobs out there, oh noes!
...and that's why you don't go in a vault of necrotic horrors without a single spell in your party. >_>

Interesting. I wonder how they do iron golems being resistant to everything except adamantium and the various other similar things (fiends with cold iron or silver, which ever it is, I can never remember.) Looking at the toolset, all I see is damage reduction 1-40, and the iron golem skin doesn't appear to have any damage reduction on it at all...

Hmm...It seems all the creatures have a damage reduction section in their character sheet now.

Guess it just goes to show you how much I've messed around with creatures in the toolset

Anyway, I don't think it'd be that big a deal, like I said, since it already works on shapes that are better than the magical beast shapes (and doubtful anyone would get dragon shape, simply because it's not that good.) Regardless, it's not that big a deal, simply something I thought I'd bring up.

I doubt anyone will be worrying about feats they should take at lev 25 anytime soon...

Ah, but having run a PW myself in the past, I know how long it often takes to implement new things (especially when you have to decide on things as a group, instead of just one person making the decision) so I thought the sooner I mentioned it, the higher the possibility it might be around should I ever get to that level. Honestly, I didn't think it would be such a big deal, as anyone who's actually looked at those feats can attest that they really aren't particularly good, so a small help wouldn't hurt them (not to mention actually making a spell work like it's supposed to.)

since you can't use many of the special abilities that the forms generally have access to, the epic forms tend to be best for RP purposes only. (granted a player needs to reach that level in order to utilize it)

Also there has been much complaints that teh dragon forms aren't worth the heavy feat investment due to the high requirements and less than favorable results compared to the old "Shifter" PrC dragon forms. The size issue was mainly because it allowed the dragon form to be useful in smaller places, i'm sure you've encountered trouble with getting through tunnels with summons and multiple mobs. No sense in being a dragon if you can't even get to your target.

Besides, the addition to the plant shapes and still the mighty Dire forms are both effective and entertaining. Heck, I'm exicted more for elemental forms. Epic forms seem like just a dream really.

Epic forms are like Hellballs. You never have enough cool points for them.

yeah but hellball is like the 4th of july...sure it'll probably ruin someone's pinic but galavanting around as a phase spider or medium sized blue dragon is countless hours of fun.
