An item that allows a wearable item to still function while wildshaped. Generally this is in the form of a ring, cloak, neck, bracer, boot, armor, etc.
Not sure how that would be programmed in...an alternative would be a trinket like the Shards from NWN2 to sit in you inventory at allow some bonuses only active when wildshaped.
I was so excited to finally obtain 5th level as a druid then I realized, although it was very enlightening to see the world through animal eyes...it wasn't very effective when travelling alone. (hopefully the next adventuerer that see a talking bear won't run the other direction)
...since the denizens of the forest still attack you on sight because they of course view anyting as a threat, meal, or have true seeing. (snickers).
