Change the update client so it is not an all or nothing proposition.

As a new player I must download all the updates and because of the way the client works, if any single file times out when starting or in the middle downloading, you loose everything downloaded so far...
It frustrates the player and it burns your bandwidth starting it over and over.

We have terrabytes of banwidth monthly so you'll never eat it up even if you tried. If you lose your connection then it's most likely on your end. In the future we might look at caching.
