Thieves Cant

Currently Rogues all receive Thieves' Cant as a free language.

Could this be changed to a free language of choice? It doesn't make sense for all Rogues to understand Cant. My character will be able to understand Cant despite never having been to a city or having met a thief. While I could just pretend I can't understand, it would be nice if it could be fixed.
