I'm not sure whether this is working as intended or not, so I'll post here rather than as a bug.
Goblins in the Hills are dropping 5th level or higher scrolls - I've found Dismissal and Cloudkill thusfar. I had thought these types of drops were to be taken out, but wasn't sure if minds had changed on that since I don't play as much as I used to.
I've been killed by before by that renegade gobbie who zapped me with disintegrate, so I'm suggesting that these higher level scrolls not be in the loot table for gobbies.
