new feat... increased speeds ( or boost to dash)

just like in real life some people are inherently faster than others. I would love to see some stackable feats that add on to dash allowing chars ( other than monks) to increase their ground speed. some fighters, rogues, ect might really benefit from something like this.

How much does charge add? I've never really looked at the numbers. Or does it not add any at all?

im not sure about charge.. but perhaps a dex or str requirement to get a movement boost.
