Small Weapons (MACES!)

I think it would be nice to have a better mix of small weapons in the shops to add some variety, especially for the small folk. When I go to the weapon stores almost all I see in the way of small weapons are daggers and short swords, which is rather limiting.

Just as an example, my main character is a halfling shadowbane stalker of Lathander but I can't for the life of me find a decent mace (RAGE!). Clubs would be a decent option but, because of the way NWN2 deals with Clubs, it's a 2-handed weapon for a halfling. (Don't get me started on halfling sized pieces of wood - ie. clubs and staves - because that's a point of annoyance for me what with the way Obsidian decided to do it.)

With the introduction of Sword Saint, I believe there will be a lot of interesting uses of small weapons amongst players that were never present before. Consequently, there is a hole for the various small weapons until someone Toolset slaves into putting them into stores - which would be fantastic!

I've been working on the weapon shops for the factions recently, and in particular I'm working on the Legion this next week. I'll see about adding a few.

If your looking for more esoteric materials like mithril or adamantine, try asking at your local Crafting Combine!

Seems to be all we're good for currently anyway, and they are pretty handy stuff.
