Just a few suggestions.
1) Add a lock to the door leading to the room upstairs. The Sisters that work there shouldn't have to worry about their stuff being stolen by some random bum that stumbled upstairs.
2) Make the upstairs a rest area. With so many beds, it just makes sense.
3) Remove the upstairs lockbox or replace it with a personal chest version. It's kind of useless right now.
4) A working donation plate might be nice, although the Sanctuary needs donations of food and medical supplies more than money.
