It's a cool idea ... that has been done elsewhere, and we're not doing it, as it would require a significant rebalancing of content. Might look at increasing Stalwart Defender uses of their stance/day. They came out a little short when fighters were improved.

I agree that the stalwart defender stance should be modified.

May I suggest that you do not come out of stance when you use a wand, potion, or some other item and that you can use it more often. Maybe have a cooldown timer like you have with disarm or knockdown?
