This particular bit of the bard's spell list made no sense to me. Bards gain class proficiency with rapiers and longswords, and also often use bows, or greatswords if they're fighter splashes. Very rarely do bards use bludgeoning weapons. Yet Weapon of Impact is on the Bard's spell list, and not Keen Edge or even Greater Magic Weapon.
Would it be reasonable to add one / both of those spells for bards who stab 'n slash?

I think it's a matter that Bards dont want to use the bashing weapons they have the ability to use.
