It should be of a massive Dwarf, in Blackwood gear holding a large tower shield pointing his axe straight ahead while his long beard is lifting a tankard for him to drink!
And reads at the base:
"Here we give thanks to the Dwarven race for keeping the realm safe and our ale good!"
