I'm not sure if it's just the Wiki or if the game actually blocks you from taking it, but from what I read, Clerics of Jergal should have access to the Death Domain. I'll check more when I get home. I don't have a physical copy of the Forgotten Realms book in front of me, so feel free to correct me. :-)

Domains are not Portfolios (nerd snort). I just checked it in game. It's a Wiki error. Clerics of Jergal can take the Death Domain. If I knew anything about Wiki, I would fix it, but I don't so...you heard it here.

Main reason it isn't listed there is mostly because I never verified with the staff if it was allowed on this server for his followers. It seems from the notes I can find on him that Death was added to his domains in 3rd Ed., but it seems that Sundren may be based on older materials in some cases. I can fix the wiki if the DM's want it added as allowed.
Domains are most certainly not portfolios, though. Myrkul took the portfolio of the dead, and Bhaal that of murder, and Death is an appropriate Domain for both their followers because of it.Presea De'Ombre - Fist of the Broken
