Foogoo, How much more are thinking about? Because the Rep gain system is 4 times as fast as the old one (40 Rep Flag every 2 hours vs now which is 80 rep flag every 1 hour). Couple that with max gear tier from rep being reduced by half of what it was before ... the current Rep system is technically 8 times as effective as it was.
What I feel would be easy is just make it 1 point of rep per 1000 rep of voucher. So 10k Rep = 10 Rep Vouch, 25k Rep = 25 Rep Vouch and 50k Rep = 50 Rep Vouch.
Also another thing that is slightly silly - Say we have two people ... one has 8100 Rep and the other has 8020 Rep ... If 8100 vouched for 8020 then the 8020 would get 8 rep ... but if 8020 vouched for 8100 then the person with 8100 would only get 4 rep.
Instead of having it based simply off rep score, I think it should be based off Rep Rank in this case both people are of equal rank (Rank 3) and almost equal rep, so why would there be such a drastic difference?
