Mathematically speaking - you can make off:
The Guard Tower near Whurest combined with One flag from Ixis a total of 110 reputation give or take.
Now: Starting at 1000 for your appropriate faction, you need in order of rank:
2000, 4000, 9000, 19000, 34000, 49000. (1000 subtracted to each based off the 1000 start).
If you were to play say an average player of the server: 6 - 7 hours, (These are the more present RPer's.) you would find that to be around 330 Rep. I would factor in rep DM's give, but that's a unfortunate variable that can't be added due to it based on kindness of DM.
SO!
Days needed to play as stated with 330 Rep a day is:
Rank up:
1 3000: 6 (+1 Capture of either) Still 6 basically.
2 5000: 15 (+1 Capture of flag) So 16.
3 10,000: 30 (+1 capture of flag and possibly tower.) So 31.
4 20,000: 57 (+2 captures of flag.) So 58.
5 34,000 103 (+1 Capture of flag) so 104.
6: 49,000 148 (+1 of both flag and tower) so 149.
With these numbers; I'd suggest players would have to be devout to the server, and everyday proper scheduling for the game alone if they wished to become anything beyond the fourth rank... If they get there before leaving (not saying they will) or creating another character to enjoy.
May I suggest we lower the requirements a bit to make it more reasonable for people? Or should we leave it be? ^^ Just an idea!
Or perhaps lower the amount of the lower ranks, and then finally the last two keeping them the same?
Or even give a repeatable quest for 100 rep for players at 18 or such for each faction, that way we can minimize it to 4 hours play time for some?
