Maybe a link to source material? I can't find anything on this.

I found this, I have no Idea what it's based off.

Bard is really one of those classes that doesn't need a PrC. If this is considered I'd rather the developers looked at Kaedrins Lyric Thaumathurge, as it's closer. But it revolves around one of his custom feats.

I'm personally a big fan of the Dissonant Chord (also Kaedrins)

Where are the spells? Are they supposed to be wizard spells (like sorcerer picking?). Definitely odd. Bards have a few PrC possibilities but most of them don't allow progression (Heartwarder does, but off hand, I can't think of any others other than Mystic Theurge, although I don't know anyone in their right mind would try ... that... hmmmm...... No! Must... Not... attempt!).

Becky Dragonhin - Sword of the Loyal Fury, Knight of the Triad... the only Good hin in Sundren???

It's from Complete Arcane. Adds spells up to ninth level without taking much away (apart from its a low AB I think). Effectively a 'greater bard' kit

I'd have nothing against this class being added, but I'd be a bit opposed to them having access to ALL wizard spells. Usually bards are restricted to spells which they have an affinity for like sound-related, inspiring courage/fear, illusions etc right?

If they could cast Meteor Swarms, Abi Dalzim's Horrid Wilting, Create Undead etc wouldn't it be a bit out of character? Also, it would be impinging on the Wizard's territory a lot (though I can see some good RP from that, Left Hand wanting to capture and dissect your Bard for study)

To answer Thaelis they use wiz/sorceror spells (altough if there is a comparitive bard spell they use the bard version of the two).

It would probably be too much work looking at it; crossing from bard to wizard/sorc spells and still remaining balanced is tricky. Well it was an idea!

Bard is already one of those classes that can stand alone quite well, and in a group makes them almost unstoppable. Why do they need a class that makes them a full blown caster as well? Gonna vote no on this. Bard is Just fine with out it.
