  • You Awake With a Throbbing Pain From you Wound...

    Hello,

A quick suggestion, but all the more important. Whenever you get knocked out and your HP starts to recover and you awake, you get that message that says, " You awake with a throbbing pain from your wounds.." No matter what you're doing or how healed you are, you immediately fall down and have to redo the actions you were previously attempting, such as running away.

I think we should remove the forced fall from this revival, it has killed me more times than just dying from my wounds.

    Thank you,
    AusGre
All deaths that my characters have in RP PvP or Story are permanent, they are lootable and I will ask if the opposing character does kill them or leaves them unconscious. I also adhere to all Sundren PvP/Death rules, I prefer to play by my own hardcore death rules.

I agree - it doesn't seem to make sense that you would be forced to fall again after recovering to 1 HP; presumably if you were already bleeding out, you would be lying on the ground, unable to move until you had stabilized to that point anyway..

Plus, with the way mobs like to attack people even while their down, every second counts.

Agreed. It doesn't make sense to be prone, stand up, and then fall over again, then get up to run away.

As far as I'm aware this is an old death bug from Obsidian, in order to have bleeding this is unavoidable. GBX can chime in on this.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
