Once apon a time, there was a merchant, in the Sundren Merchant District, who sold items which were not armor, or weapons, but rather a few articles in slots of lesser concern, such as gloves and boots and other such things. I do not recollect his name at the moment, but he held items such as Slitherscale-Skin Gloves, Boots of a Thousand Strides, etc.. Was he eliminated, or moved, since I cannot seem to find him? If eliminated, may I pose a suggestion of possibly replacing him, since he offers quite a few items that don't exactly shift game balance, but offer options for both aesthetics and function for lower-to-mid-level characters, and complete item sets (To note: Dark Arts Spiked Boots).
