Exigo/Blackwood access

I suggest that the Blackwood key given upon entry into the subfaction opens the storage container in the exigo fort in mirakus mines, and the break room in the temple of waukeen. The latter may a breach of bank security, and a bad suggestion maybe.

There may be other containers/doors, but I havent seen any.

Could blackwell personnel be spawned in the hq in avathyr instead of the exigo hq in sundten city! Just a side thought
