Sending on Sundren is an awesome RP ability that sadly, Druids and Bards miss out on. That's PnP though, so that's fine.

But also in PnP, we'd get this:

Can Animal Messenger be added in the future? It could be the exact same script as Sending, just with the ability of the recipient to send a reply removed from it. That would still keep the spells separate and unique from one another, while giving the other casters a canon way to send messages in-character!

Not a Druid/Ranger/Shaman spell, it's a Sorc/Wiz spell, which would be redundant since they already get Sending. Bards get that one though. Bards also get Animal Messenger as a choice, however, so Animal Messenger would address more classes without causing redundancy.

I don't think there's anything else like this at higher level, so, nevermind.

For Bards (or any class) with UMD, using scrolls of Sending is also a viable alternative.
