At one time, I remember being given a "smoke-able" pipe in Sundren, and soon after losing it on respawn. I know I've seen them on other servers. Activating the devil weed filled the pipe, activating the pipe produced a little whiff of smoke, sometimes coupled with ability/skill bonuses/decreases.
I've not been able to locate such items, if they don't exist in game, it's something I for one would like to see.
