I'm all for these changes, plus I would think they'd be pretty simple to implement.

I also play a Dwarven Defender and really like the class. What makes this PrC work so well are the Dwarf specific (Sundren) custom feats - Stone Bones and Iron Bones. Iron Bones stack with the PrC's DR... enabling a 10/DR at 10th level. Everyone loves a meat shield so finding folks to party with is never a problem as a DD.
I think opening this PrC to non-Dwarves is a good way to get the melee class population up... Would it be possible to create other customized feats similiar to Stone/Iron Bones for non-Dwarve races too?
