Clerical Detect Alignment

Greetings.

I might be wrong, and have simply not seen enough, but it seems that the only people who can detect good/evil are paladins and black-guards. According to the PHB, Detect Alignment is a level 1 cleric spell, but it's not present in Sundren. Is there a reason for this, or would it be a potiential addition to future updates?
