Will Stormheart was my PC, and is now an NPC. Though, I think I may be the only one who has retired a level 20. People put that much time into a PC, they want to keep playing it, why is that bad? There needs to be the upper level players((Who's numbers seem to be shrinking)).

You get the level cap when you look at the server via the in-game server browser. It's clearly levels 1-40.

Best not plan a build that high though eh..

You just can't earn combat or ticker XP after you hit level 20 (unless it's to regain lost XP you previously had).

Level 21 characters are exceedingly rare. The handful of them that exist are played by those who've put a lot of time and effort into progressing their characters and the game world.
