  • Secondary Entrance to Viridale

At the moment, the only way (I know of) to enter Viridale is through a Legion camp.

Considering the legion dosen't surround the entire forest, it seems to make sense that we'd be able to make other ways through.

Would it be possible to add a secondary path into the woods that dosen't take you through the encampment, for example making one of the cliffs to the side walkable-on and adding a Climb node to get up to it?

Would avoid me and other orcs/non-lawful folk having to tromp through Lawful Neutral R Us emoting something to the theme of *Isn't actually here, goes AROUND the camp...*

    Absolutely agree!

It wouldn't have to be a complicated change. Even a tiny Area Transition outside the fort gate named "overgrown trail" or something that just ports you to the other side.

Sure, shady players will still have to pass near the fort, but that's easier to overlook than tromping through it.

I think it was written before that the Legion has outposts spotted all around the Viridale and that only one of them is represented in game. If anything, perhaps the existing outpost could be altered so that there's a useable walkmesh that goes around the part contained within the walls.

Alternatively, the zone-in location could be moved to the back corner (I think it's Northeast).

The place needs an Exi-Corp strip mine and logging camp.

Saulus already asked me for a second area. It might take a while till i'll make it. But it is somewhere on my list.

I completely agree. A way around the legion camp would be well worth it!

Good good. Seems funny that all the Talassan Stormlords who almost universally are wanted for death by the legion end up wandering through their camp to get to their faction base.

Thanks to Maevan for giving us hope!
