I was thinking of an idea that, if you hit level 21 (And only level 21) a custom spell should be choosable to use. Called "Greatest Protection from G/E"
This spell keeps anyone from feeling a presence of good or evil no matter what. It doesn't need to give you super buffs, it could give you the same buffs as a level 1 spell for all I care. The main idea of it is that , noone can just say "Hey you feel evil/good" and argue long enough to stab you in the throat xD
Ex: Paladin walks up to Jeremy.
Paladin - "I sense a cold presence about you."
Jeremy - "I don't know what you mean."
* 3 minutes later *
Paladin - "ON GUARD SATAN!!!"
Ex with new spell : Paladin walks up to Jeremy.
Paladin - "Hail friend."
Jeremy - "Hello there."
* 3 minutes later*
Paladin - "Let me buy you a drink please, I insist."
Of course, the spell wouldn't matter if someone catches you in the act of a crime or with evidence of lying.
Ex. The paladin catches a glimpse of the mans arm, which contains graphs of undead skin. ((Sorry Locke))
Just an idea
Why we are here, could a DM also tell me and everyone who reads this rather or not a person may scry someones position if he is in the Citadel of the Black Hand >.>
To be used against him of course while RPing.
Their was a disupte that you can not Scry a position in the Citadel and use it to identify a members as of the Black Hand, since it has so many magical wards.

Just a guideline we tend to encourage.
