The only problem I can foresee with this is that the skin colour would not match that of the character model. it would have to be one specific fixed colour, or perhaps have them available in various different colours, which would spam up a shop something chronic.

In Toolset, if the haks here are the ones used elsewhere, then there should be a 'naked' option at the end of the list for gloves and boots. It should be in the section where Cloth, Leather, Studded Leather, etc. is selected.

There is no need for tinting anything. The item is simply 'transparent' and allows the natural skin tone to show through it.

I've seen them as items in other modules so it's definitely possible. While we're on the subject of feet could we get the high heel boots that I've seen somewhere on the Vault too?

Well, my sister used to play with the stuff. And recently, there was a stupid real life soap running in the Netherlands that revolved around idiotic teenagers in some vacation paradise. It had a dumb blonde in it who was given Barbie as a nickname. That brain-killing TV personality (or should I say character?) has been showing up on a lot of media outlets :P

I assumed that they did not name her Barbi because it would be rather shockingly unorthodox to do so for a girl's toy that is supposed to be a 'rolemodel'

I think one of the reasons the craft systems is being overhauled is that last time an attempt was made to add things it broke in a big way and the system had to be reverted back to what is is now. There were some very nice clothing and soft armour patterns items that were available then too

That said I hope the ability to add transparent feet/hand coverings would be on the new systems wish list.
