Bare Hands and Feet

I would like to suggest that two items be added to the clothing stores: bare hands, and bare feet.

These two items are easily created in Toolset. Adding bare hands would be a blessing to people (like me) who cannot stand the ugly default brown gloves that come with most clothes. Adding bare feet would be great for people who stand close or near water (fishermen, perhaps?) as well as nature types and people who just want to walk barefoot indoors in their rooms.

Yes, they're dinky little RP items, but I think they would be used.

Bare hands and feet would be awesome for many characters(Monks for example). I renember it from my old server and it was very useful, I'd love to see them here.

Just so i'm clear on this - you'd like mundane unenchanted items to take up the glove and boot item slots to give bare feet?

Sounds like that's the idea. Just some item you can get somewhere for 1gp I reckon, strictly for RP situations..

Is there actually an armor set skin available for these? I can't say I've noticed one in the toolset until now, but I've never really looked...

Probably something on NWvault to this effect I suppose, just a reskinned pair of mundane gloves.

I know for a fact that there is one for hands in the module already. It's in one of the 'cloth' appearances. Not sure about feet.

I think I've seen bare feet, though I think it might have been bare lower legs for the female models.
If only it was just feet, and not everything from bellow the knee down!

It's available with the current Sundren hak packs. Men and Women need separate 'feet' models, though. It makes you bare from the knees down, no higher. The hand models make your hands bare from wrist to fingertips.
