Spell Suggestion: Dimensional Anchor

In Pen and Paper, Dimensional Anchor is a 4th level wizard and cleric spell that blocks any sort of magical travel. The caster makes a ranged touch attack, and if it hits and they break through any spell resistance it renders the target unable to teleport, dimension door or plane shift for the duration of the spell (1 minute per level)

This could be adapted to Sundren to block Sharding, Dimension Door, Ethereal Jaunt and Etherealness.

I do like this idea, actually. Seems a useful spell for certain RP situations. Don't know if it'll get any attention anytime soon, however.
