The Verdant Lord is a transformational PrC for druids, focused on plants, instead of animals. Could it be added to the module?

Also, the polymorph handling of the NWN2 engine is shocking at best (add several expletives for a medium view).
Ask anyone who plays a MoMF for conformation on that score. So much potential, so little ability. It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do a little - Do what you can.

The shapeshifting effects are all handled roughly the same way, with roughly the same bugs most to do with area transitions if it doesnt outright crash it does some nasty things to your ability stats I've heard"Half the lies they tell about me aren't true."

The wildshape and the polymorph ability and spell(respectivly) are handled the same way."Half the lies they tell about me aren't true."

Guess I misunderstood the whole 'Transformational' thing then.Originally posted by Quoth The RavenThe Verdant Lord is a transformational PrC for druids, focused on plants, instead of animals. Could it be added to the module?
As Cornuto mentioned though it's non-caster PRC that are more likely to be looked at - Magic users already have a slew of classes available to them.It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do a little - Do what you can.

Well, the Verdant Lord does have the perk of being reasonably accessible to rangers as well. It's not just purely for druids and it's application as a caster PrC - considering how people use the Dragon Disciple to make stronger warrior characters - might not be all that caster-ish.
I'm not really for or against it, but I do think it's a good PrC suggestion that fills a theme that hasn't been filled before. I see it as having a stronger place in the gameworld in comparison to other suggestions seen before (it sounds like a thematically great prestige class for druids of Silvanus - supposedly the 'core druid faith' amongst the druids).Maia Nanethiel ~ Moon Elf Female Ranger

before i left for "vaccation" i fought long and hard for shifter rights and integration. the limitations of the gaming engine proved to be the ultimate barrier. I dont think you will find a DEV willing to touch a shfter with out bribes with value exceeding 300USD.
if you want to play a shifter you have to have a DM willing to arbitrate your RP actions. with out a dedicated DM these classes are just plain frustrating.
crash on transition, crash on shifting, death by constitution reduction, heavy encumbrance on shifting do to mismanagement of inventory.... just to name a few. no evershifting form... yes a 10th level momf only gets 9 shift/day. okay done now.
my advice dont play shifters... unless you want to turn into a dragon.. that is freekin cool... though far less powerful than some of the more mundane forms... *sigh*

Didnt I already surgest this in a 'PrC Surgestions' post about six months ago?
I seem to remember being shot down by Kaeldorn for the PrC being 'Another overpowered divine caster class'. Could have been Forest Master but I believe the two classes are largely similar (both gain plant race; immunity to everything bar fire, turn plants or something)
Ill try and dig it up!Originally posted by roguethreeIf I had my way, clerics would have spell failure and a d6 hit die. And Favored Souls wouldn't exist.
