  • Tiny Monk Weapons

I'm not sure if this is even possible, but I was wondering if it'd be possible to add some tiny-sized monk weapons (such as the sai) to the game. The primary benefit to this is that it would allow small-sized monks (Gnomes and Halflings) to use flurry of blows while dual-wielding (without taking big penalties for using a "non-light" weapon in the off-hand).

If it's possible to make kamas that are tiny (with 1d4 damage instead of 1d6), that'd work too.

Of course. And I'm interesting in maxing out my tickles per round.

Wonder if it'd be easier to just make daggers and kukri flurriable.

          INTUITIVE ATTACK [EXALTED]
You fight by faith more than brute strength.
          Prerequisites: Base attack bonus +1.
Benefit: With a simple weapon of your size or a natural
weapon, you may use your Wisdom modifier instead of your
          Strength modifier on attack rolls.
Special: A fighter may select Intuitive Attack as one of his
          fighter bonus feats.

It'd be neat to see this available for monks as well... my only concern would be making clerics even more powerful. :P

You could add flurry of blows to the pre-reqs (or ki-strike if you want to prevent a quick cleric dip into monk).

It would be interesting, but I wonder how often it would come up. Most monks will either have significant dex investment (for AC and to-hit with weapon finess), or strength for damage (and too-hit). Shame it doesn't add wis to damage instead of to-hit.

              Why not just use gloves?

I'll look into that, but assuming you've not made some kind of change to the server, gloves don't count as dual-wielding (They act just like an unarmed attack but with metal or damage bonuses.)

Edit: It does appear to be the case on this server as well. Now, if you were wanting to make it possible for me to get the DW attacks using an unarmed strike, then well, I'm all for that.
