Let's say you are given a certain quest, on the Exigo trading grounds, by a certain woman that requires you to deliver certain crates and other supplies to a certain Mirakus post. Let's say you travel to Mirakus post after the woman so generously wrote the location on your map. Let's say there's about 8 undeads and 2 priests waiting for you right at the transition and they bombard you with attacks and inflict wounds. Let's say you die before you can transition back to a safer place...
In a nutshell, I'd suggest a clean up script for spawns. After X amount of time they're around the area without anyone there (or in a certain range of them), they vanish. Or maybe a script that makes them move back to their original positions after the encounter is over. Otherwise, you have low level Joe that gets his butt kicked whenever he transitions. Well, not always, but sometimes!
