  • Crown & Regalia of the Eboncoin

Hey, I wanted to ask if the various Crowns & Regalias of the Eboncoin Pact available from Trixie could have their appearances altered to match those of the various agents roaming the Eboncoin Pact lair. (ie instead of light purple hoods and black & light purple light armour, black hood with masks, and black and dark purple light armours)

It just seems really weird that there would be two official looks to the Eboncoin. Thanks.

Why would all members of the eboncoin be wearing exactly the same thing? That's not very covert is it?

As far as not being covert - well, the description of the regalia does refer to it as "the trademark garb of the eboncoin pact," and its a safe bet that anyone knowledgeable will recognize it as their uniform. And that actually is a good thing, for when a message needs to be sent - a local business refuses to pay the tax, so they get a visit from men in pact leathers - next thing you know, all their neighbors are paying on time.

Sometimes you dont want to be recognized as a Pact-member; that's when you put on a different set of clothes. I myself and I'm sure most other Pacters carry a second set of gear for fire-side chats etc.

One last thing, the unenchanted version of the crown actually is the same as those the agents inside wear - that is, the black hood and mask. It just doesnt make much sense to me that the better versions should look drastically different (the lack of the mask part in particular - i'd like to keep my face covered while I'm shanking someone) when they have the exact same description and slightly different names - essentially the same item with improved stats. I'd imagine they would look the same as the base model, with minor differences at most, such as purple trim instead of black or grey.

Green and Blue level eboncoin armor looks different from the Red and Purple level armors. The darker versions are for high-ranking members (shadowbound and above).
