That is just fantasy stuff to fill the heads of little gnomes before bed.
Elandra: A former Red Blade, now roams the wilderness with the Lone wolf as her guide Alexandra: Ever faithful (just shy of a Zealot) Yodglum: May Kossuth's flame light your way and burn those in it! Ash: Dusty old miner of still looking for the "mother load" on Exigo's stag
Shaving kittens: not an official sport, but fun just the same
Just so I'm not adding another thread since this one is already a request for classes, has a class specifically for vampire hunting ever been suggested? Just curious since vamps seem to be on the rise.
Vampire population hasn't changed in recent months. It's dropped, actually. Additionally, there are multiple classes (Cleric, Master of Radiance, etc.) that simply own any vampire.

One thing I would like to see is a summoner PrC that either isn't evil or isn't divine. Or both.
Currently summoning is best done by:
Master of shrouds - evil, undead.
Dreadmaster of Bane - evil.
Horned Harbinger - evil, undead.
Something of comparable strength and coolness that the good guys could utilize would be nice. Again, preferably NOT a divine PrC. There are already way too many such classes around.
Unfortunately, I have no sourcebooks and what-have-you, so it's only a general idea.
Mari: A hin with little purpose.
Angelise Bryont: Paladin and Dawnbringer of Lathander, Master of Radiance, freelance member of the Arbiter's Alliance. (On Hold)

Clad in bone-white armor and wreathed in righteous conviction, shadowbane inquisitors battle incessantly against evil in whatever form it takes. Every shadowbane inquisitor belongs to a fellowship of religious knights called the Order of Illumination (see page 179). The order advocates merciless aggression against evil, and its members train to detect and destroy evil creatures and individuals. Filled with fervor, an inquisitor knows only one solution to an infestation of evil: the sword. The purifying flame and the clean cut of a holy blade are his tools. Source Book:Dungeons & Dragons 3.5v: Complete Adventurer, pg 68.
Requirements Alignment: Lawful Good. Base Attack: +5. Skills: Gather Information 4 ranks, Knowledge (Religion) 2 ranks, Sense Motive 8 ranks. Feats: Power Attack. Special: Detect Evil class feature or ability to cast detect evil as a divine spell. Special: Turn undead class feature. Special: Sneak attack class feature.
In all honesty, the only reason I suggest this class, is because of the Shadowbane Stalker that the server has available as a PrC. The Shadowbane Inquisitor is the other half of the order and if you don't have both sides of the order, they're doomed to fail. I reccomend adding this PrC based on the fact that it's weakening the order, without it.

the simple fact of the matter is that killing people for money is not a good, or even neutral, act.
But assassinating leaders of evil organizations, or general enemies of the state for the sole purpose of furthering the cause could be neutral and in some cases good. The skills would be the same as someone who does it for money, instead this person does it for their cause. Just my thoughts on it. Not only evil people can be sneaky, and use those skills to kill a mark.
Killing people for no other reason than money = Evil.
Being a state assassin doesn't require the type of person who doesn't 'do' children and women; it requires someone who can follow orders, whatever they are, to the letter.
It's not about being sneaky, it's about the amorality of the class. Assassin - Not vigalante, not stealth-hippy, not whiny-ninja-emo.
Murdering in cold blood, for money (and I'd argue 'because I was told to do it' would count, as would 'I was just doing my job' or 'Just following orders' as well) is a pretty evil act, regardless of motivation. Even hunting down and stealth-murdering an evil person could be seen as an evil act, despite it's greater goals.
Anyway, all this talk will get us no-where. Assassins are classed as evil, and will stay as evil.
It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do a little - Do what you can. Sydney Smith.
How you kill people is ALSO considered good/neutral/evil. Assassins use poison and other techniques. Read about paladins, there is some things they cannot do in battle. These are things opposite of an assassin. Assassin is for ruthlessly taking life in the most efficient way possible. That is evil. It doesn't matter who you are killing.
Not to mention, I don't like snowflake characters too much. It's the reason I rub my nose bridge when C/G and C/N warlocks pop up. It's a symptom of people trying to twist things traditionally considered evil into other roles.
I like that assassins are Evil, especially for RP, considering that trying to get out of the life of being a killer means becoming non-evil and being unable to continue with the class.
Is there any possibility of opening up the Use Poison feat as selectable to Non-Good (or even just Evil) characters for whom the choice of Assassin or Blackguard does not thematically fit?
The use of Poison is, of course, generally a bit Evil-inclined, but the use of it need not necessarily be limited to Evil characters, in the same way that the Thayan-sold Lesser Bloodstone is usable by both Neutral and Evil characters despite being an assuredly evil item.

Considering we can't make feats good/evil right now, the evil/good requirement would be nonexistent.
