Bounty Hunter

I think a Bounty Hunter Prestige Class would be an interesting addition. They could have special feats and abilities that could help them track some one and capture them. Thoughts?

Track? Check.
Favored enemies? Check.
PnP spells that helps do both better than anyone else? Check.

True, but perhaps the class could receive a locate creature spell, hold person and stuff. Somewhat similar to the assassin class, but without the restrictions on alignment and with class skills to match the needs of the work like use rope, use magical device, track, survival?, and gather information.

Not really, there will be perks that the class could get that ranger would not and visa-versa.
