First... I would absolutely detest being in the following situation, so I am not with out empathy. However, no one forced them to RP in this way.

Character A has arranged things so that Character B has been severely inconvenienced... B now has a death sentence/bounty etc over their heads.

B also has many loyal friends that have it in for A in one way or another (Lets call them the rest of the alphabet)

C has killed A on be half of B.

D, E, F, G... were all looking for A as well, but they now know that A has been killed once, if they see him strolling around...

Is it griefing for them to:

a. eliminate the thorn again?

b. hunt him down and take him to the watch to confess to framing A?

No, so long as the PVP rules stated in our Wiki is observed. If C were to help in tracking down / killing A again, then it would probably be griefing. If C is not involved, then it should be fine.

That includes OOC involvement. So no sending tells to other folks to 'go get him again' >=|
