I would like to suggest that the use of Iron Ingots be allowed when turning Sundrite ore into Sundrite Steel. When I try to refine it now with Iron Ingots in my inventory it says "Requires Iron Ore to refine to Sundrite steel" I can't see any reason why refined Iron couldn't be used to make Sundrite steel, and if you've already refined the Iron then your just out of luck as it is until you burn some fatigue for mining iron ore.

Not possible with the current system, I'm afraid. Smelting ore checks are based on item tags, and an ingot's tag would be invalid.
